Barry M Gelly Hi-Shine in 'Blueberry' & new nail routine

I've been pretty absent on the blog for the past few weeks, and I apoogise! I am currently in my last two months of university, so as you can imagine, the work load is immense! However, today I thought I'd spend my morning doing my nails whilst watching Charlie Brooker's Weekly Wipe before I get back to the work after lunch!
I bought two of the new Gelly Hi-Shine polishes by Barry M, in shades 'Papaya' and 'Blueberry'. 'Papaya' is a  beautiful bright peachy orange, right up my street, but 'Blueberry' is a shade I would never usually wear, but it caught my eye and I had to try it! It's a lovely bright sky blue with the faintest hint of lavender. I've been wearing peachy shades for a few weeks so I needed a little change, so today I painted on Blueberry and I love it! It's unique and eye-catching and so so pretty.

I also wanted to show some new additions to my nail-painting routine. After much researching I picked up minis of OPI's Nail Envy and the Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat. I'm sure the Nail Envy will take a while to create noticable differences, but the Seche Vite...wow. Not only does it make my nails super shiny, but they literally do dry in seconds! However, this doesn't mean they won't smudge, as I knocked my nails and the paint dented slightly but it completely stops any tackiness almost instantly! Love it.
I also picked up the Sally Hansen Double Duty Strengthening Base & Top Coat, because my nails can be so weak and flaky! So far my nails feel a little stronger, but still flaky at times! I guess I'll have to use if for a little longer to see  a difference.
Overall, I love this new nail routine, and it leaves my nails shiny and chip free for a few more days which is great!

I'd love to know if you're tried any of the other Gelly Hi-Shines?
